We have 3 rooms: The Penitentiary (Prison break), Room X (Time travel), Laboratory of Biohazard (CIA Agent).
3. How much do the escape rooms cost?
Prices are available on the booking page. There are discounts for large groups.
4. How do I make my game private?
Games are guaranteed private at the time of booking.
5. What is the minimum number of people allowed in each game?
We suggest a minimum of 2 people for the Laboratory of Biohazard, 4 players for the Room X, and 6 players for the Penitentiary. 6. What if I do not want to make a reservation online. Can I walk in?
Absolutely! We do suggest calling the store at 212-631-7876 before walking in to see if there is availability.
7. Are your rooms scary?
None of our rooms are scary. Our escape rooms have various types of puzzles, but no scares. We can work with you if you want a scary experience.
8. What if I will be late?
If there are no bookings after you, we will work with you to ensure that you can play your game. If there are bookings directly after you, we will have to deduct time from your overall time. If you will be late, please call us as soon as possible.
9. What if I cannot make my scheduled time? Will I be refunded?
We do have a no refund policy. We can give you store credit to move your game to a different day if we received 24 hours or more notice.
10. Do I need to bring anything with me?
All you need to bring is your brain and a positive attitude!
11. Are the rooms family friendly?
Yes, all our rooms are family friendly.
