- Sorry you will stuck here forever. I am KIDDING! We will open the door for you when game is over. You can also ask us if you could get more time to escape. Sometimes, you may get 15-30 minutes more to play by purchasing additional time! This is not guaranteed.

- Yep! Please arrive at least 15 minutes ahead before the game starts. Participants arriving after the starting time will not be admitted since this would spoil the fun for the others. Please try not to come late!

- To ensure that other players can fully enjoy the game in the future, recording and photographic devices such as cell phones are not allowed inside the game room.

- Unfortunately you cannot refund a game. Once the booking is confirmed, all sales are final and refunds are not accepted.
